Wanderers Sports Medical Centre and Nanga Vhutshilo celebrate graduation

WSMC are proud to have sponsored the graduation of the children participating in Nanga Vhutshilo’s education program.

Education is an extremely important aspect in the growth of our community.

Nanga Vhutshilo, based in Moroka, Soweto is a centre, that strives to assist the youth, through education. “Nanga believes that South Africa’s most vulnerable communities will thrive only when their most vulnerable children thrive.”

WSMC shares the sentiments and goals of this program. Helping those less fortunate is important to the centre and we will help wherever we can. By addressing issues at grassroot levels we can play our part, along with many others, in giving the future of our nation the right “tools” to help them succeed.

WSMC was proud of assisting in a small way and will hope to continue growing the youth of Nanga Vhutshilo.  This initiative was led by WSMC Homeopath Dr Prenitha Naidoo.  She previously worked on a volunteer at the Soweto based Centre (Through the University of Johannesburg). However due to finances, the Homeopathic Clinic, could not continue.

WSMC, now hopes to fill this void.  Yesterday, the staff and practitioners of WSMC, contributed by sponsoring the Centre's Graduation Party.  In so doing, we were able to feed 350 people.

Nanga Vhutshilo, is an NGO and only survives on sponsorships from companies.  They education the youth, feed the community and employee care-givers, via external contributions.

We at WSMC, challenge other companies, to assist in growing the future of South Africa.  Every little contribution counts.
